Long- awaited infrastructure bill passes
(AGC SmartBrief) President Joe Biden has signed the highly anticipated Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act into law, providing $550 billion in new spending and a five-year, $305 billion reauthorization of federal highway and transit programs.
