INDUSTRY NEWS
Group Retro train just keeps rollin' on
Congratulations to our Group Retro members for achieving a whopping $81.2M in refunds for our three years in cycle.

“This year, we were able to increase our final adjustment year by nearly a million dollars such that our top net member refunds hit 59%,” said Lauren Gubbe, Group Retro director. “On top of excellent refund results for members in all plan years, we hit our own internal target for beating last year’s total tracked savings before the adjustments!”
“These results reflect the caliber of our members and their shared commitment to safety from the top down and bottom up in conjunction with their investment in light duty accommodation. Their efforts along with our plan underwriting, performance based refund allocation, and the skilled AGC staff assistance continue to produce excellent results year in and out,” said Van Hardy, AGC Retro chairman.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, refund checks will be distributed by mail. Annual experience modification rate (EMR) performance awards will be either mailed or hand-delivered by various AGC staff.
2021 Construction Salary Survey now open
The Moss Adams 2021 Construction Industry Salary Survey is now open and will run through July 30. This survey isn’t possible without valuable insights from engaged AGC-member companies like yours. The survey helps create a comprehensive industry report on compensation trends that provide contractors with comparative information—especially vital for an industry in which such data is difficult to obtain or present in a meaningful way. The report will be a useful tool for contractors in the United States to measure their employee compensation against industry peers and prepare their strategies for the years ahead. Click here to take the survey today!
