Construction now fully open in all but five counties
Today, Washington State Secretary of Health John Wiesman approved more counties to move into the next phase of Gov. Jay Inslee’s Safe Start plan.Construction is now fully open in King, Pierce, Snohomish, Whatcom, Skagit, Clark and Okanogan counties.All of these moved from Phase 1 to Phase 2, except for King, which moved into a modified version of Phase 1, but construction is nevertheless fully open in King as well.
Only Yakima, Benton, Chelan, Franklin and Douglas counties remain in Phase 1 with construction restrictions.
As a reminder, AGC members should be incorporating COVID-19 transmission and prevention into all job-hazard analyses (JHAs) and pre-task safety planning for all aspects of the work.
